Returns & Refunds Policy

At Piel para Artesanos Leathercraft, we work with high-quality materials and pay close attention to every detail in our products. However, we understand that occasionally a return may be necessary.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to request a return within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, without the need to provide a reason.

To exercise this right, please contact us via email and include your order number.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

Be unused and in perfect condition
Be returned in its original packaging
Show no signs of wear, use, or damage
Include all accessories (chain straps, inner elements, etc.)

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or there has been an error on our part
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost during return transit

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective item or an incorrect product:

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery
We will cover the return shipping costs and offer a replacement or full refund

Refund Process

Once the returned item has been received and inspected:

The refund will be issued using the original payment method
Processing time may take 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider

Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for:

Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
Custom or personalized products (if applicable in the future)

International Orders

Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are not included in the product price and are the responsibility of the customer
These costs are non-refundable in case of a return
