Returns & Refunds Policy

At Piel para Artesanos Leathercraft, we work with high-quality materials and pay close attention to every detail in our products. However, we understand that occasionally a return may be necessary.


Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to request a return within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, without the need to provide a reason.

To exercise this right, please contact us via email and include your order number.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • Be unused and in perfect condition
  • Be returned in its original packaging
  • Show no signs of wear, use, or damage
  • Include all accessories (chain straps, inner elements, etc.)

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or there has been an error on our part
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost during return transit

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective item or an incorrect product:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • We will cover the return shipping costs and offer a replacement or full refund

Refund Process

Once the returned item has been received and inspected:

  • The refund will be issued using the original payment method
  • Processing time may take 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider

Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
  • Custom or personalized products (if applicable in the future)

International Orders

  • Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are not included in the product price and are the responsibility of the customer
  • These costs are non-refundable in case of a return
